  1. Where are we based? WA Bibra Lake.
  2. Do you have any other stores? No sorry.
  3. Shipping ETA?  Depending on where you are in Australia, shipping varies depending on size of the rug or product order, and whether or not we have everything you ordered in stock. Normally Between 1-10 business days, see more shipping info.
  4. Where is my order? Please use the tracking information we sent in the shipping confirmation email to track your item, if you have not received it, check your spam folder, this email will include Courier website and tracking number and also the amount of business days for delivery. If the rug has not arrived in the allocated time-frame please contact us.
  5. Can I order online and pickup in-store? Yes, although you will be charged a $10 Admin Fee.
  6. How do I order multiple runner lengths off the roll? Add the total amount of hallway runner that you require to the qty box, (remember some measurements are in cm and some meters) and when you checkout please enter the hall runners individual measurements in the shipping comments section, watch this instructional video for help, hall runner by the meter or step by step instructions of how to order hall runner by the meter.
  7. Is that .25c per metre for that off the roll runner? It’s actually 25c per Centimetre or $25 per metre.
  8. What should I do when I have the Free Shipping option and Flat Rate Shipping Option $20? If your order is above $150 you are eligible to receive free shipping depending on your location and size of order, if you live out of the Metro area, in some case’s you will need to pay additional shipping costs or if you are a International customer, then you will need to pay extra shipping costs.

  10. Do you ship out of Australia? Yes. New Zealand, USA, England and many More.
  11. What if I don’t like the rug when I get home? We offer a 24hr refund or exchange on most purchases instore, and an exchange policy online, see Scattermats terms and conditions.
  12. Do you have this in a larger size? Most floor rugs do come in 3 or more sizes.
  13. How do I stop my rugs from moving around? We have a few different options, rugs on carpet and rugs on hard floors, see this link, Rug Pads Underlay.
  14. Why are rugs different prices? Depending on the area rug size, quality, density along with the type of material that it’s made from and how it’s made determines the price. Please read the rug description for information on the rugs.
  15. How easy is this rug to clean? Most rugs are quite easy to clean, vacuum regularly and spot clean with warm soapy water, although to prolong rug life, Scattermats rug guard (scotch guard) should be applied, highly recommended. 
  16. Will this rug shed? Some rugs may have some loose material that hasn’t quite been attached to the base of the rug, (hand tufted rugs) so it will appear as the rug is shedding, this should stop after vacuuming a few times, (although natural fiber rugs like wool's may moult),  if it does not, please contact us for a return, as it may be faulty.
  17. Can I get a rug modified?  Modifying rugs can be arranged, only certain styles and colours.
  18. How much is delivery if I buy online? Free shipping* if the order is over $150 and $20 if under $150, if in the metro area and depending on the order size. Extra Charges may apply for larger orders and rural type locations or International orders.
  19. Do you have matching runners? Some rugs do come with matching runners, please contact us to find out.
  20. Do you price match? Yes, within reason.
  21. What is the warranty on the rug? Scattermats12 Month Rug Warranty.
  22. How do I stop my rug from curling up? Curling happens when ends of the rug are kicked, usually from people dragging their feet or rugs sitting on top of carpets. You can roll the rug the other way and crease or fold it the opposite way, also premium non-slip rug underlay will help.
  23. Can I get express shipping? Yes, you need to contact us for a quote.
  24. Do you do Lay-by? Yes we do lay-by in-store or through our website, see Scattermats terms and conditions.
  25. How to do the online Lay-by? Just purchase your item as normal and when you got through to the payment option, select the direct transfer method, and then when you get to the section that has a comments box, type in that this is a lay-by, then proceed as normal.
