High Quality Machine Woven Frise Floor Rug Range 

This high quality frise machine woven floor rug range uses new construction and colour dyeing technologies. The fibres are triple twisted together and then twisted together with 3 more fibers, making a high quality frise heat-set fibre pile. This Plush Pile Rug is comprised of a mix of Polyester and shrunk Polyester, which have multiple heights, creating a dual tiered characteristic. These heat-set polyester fibres are anti-static, non-shedding, colour-fast and soil repellent, meaning this floor rug requires very little maintenance, making cleaning and vacuuming of fluff or pet hairs a breeze. This floor rug collection is manufactured in Egypt with the side thickness or pile height about 15mm, and a very dense Twist pile that is approximately 400,000 points per m2, comparable to approximately 900,000 points of fiber m2 of a plush pile rug.
