  Cutting rugs to desired measurements

Cutting Carpet Down to Size/Square it

Over Locking Carpet

Over-Locking, Edging or Binding

We edge, over-lock or bind mats that we cut out. After receiving the measurements you want, we will cut out the size or just straighten the edges if required. When choosing a yarn, we select one that is closest to the colour and tone of the carpet. We advise against using yarn that contrasts against the carpet. Sometimes when using a yarn the carpet fibres may show through, using a colour similar to the carpet makes this less obvious. We Charge per perimetre metre to edge the carpets.

Joining Carpet with Adhesive Glue

Join Two Carpets Together

We also join carpets, using a glue adhesive strip, we connect two carpets together to create one larger mat. Carpets with a longer or more dense pile are generally better for joining as the fibres covers the join, whereas smaller pile or flat-weave mats you can see the join, even slightly with a perfect join.

We charge per metre to join rugs.
